Terms of Service

1. Who agrees
If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must accept these Terms for you and is responsible for your use.
2. Subscriptions and free trial
- Xian Premium costs [PRICE] per [MONTH/YEAR] after a 21-day free trial. The trial starts at your first counted film.
- The trial converts to a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription auto-renews until cancelled.
- To cancel, go to iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions.
- We cannot cancel or refund an App Store purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
3. Not medical or safety advice
Swing measurements and AI coaching are for general training only. They are not medical, health, injury or safety advice, and they do not replace a qualified coach, physician or athletic trainer. Stop if you feel pain. Warm up, use proper equipment, and train with supervision where appropriate.
4. Assumption of risk
Hitting and training involve risk of injury, including from balls, bats and overexertion. You (and your parent) accept these inherent risks.
5. AI output
The coach's replies are generated by AI, may be wrong or incomplete, and may include information from websites we don't control. Use judgment.
6. Acceptable use
- Upload only yourself, or people who have consented (a parent's consent for minors).
- No harassment. Don't try to make the coach produce harmful content.
- No reverse engineering, scraping or misuse of the API.
- Follow Anthropic's Usage Policy as applied through our service.
7. Your content
You own your videos. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process them only to provide the service to you. The license ends when you delete them.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breaking these Terms, and will give notice where practical.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
10. Disputes

11. Apple terms
- These Terms are between you and us, not Apple.
- Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance.
- Apple's only warranty role is refunding the purchase price where applicable.
- Apple is not responsible for product claims or IP claims.
- You confirm you are not in an embargoed country and not on a U.S. prohibited-party list.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries and may enforce these Terms.
